GERUN®Asphalt Basbit Grid is composed of basalt filaments woven through warp knitting into a grid structure, which is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing. The grid features basalt strands coated with an elastomer polymer. Each strand exhibits remarkably high tensile strength, as well as a high modulus of elasticity at low elongation.
